肺炎枝原體（學名：Mycoplasma pneumoniae）又稱肺炎黴漿菌，是一種可導致肺炎的枝原體細菌，也有機會導致冷凝集素症。這種由肺炎枝原體引起的肺炎，又稱作黴漿菌性肺炎，盛行於學齡兒童。
大多數患者只有輕微上呼吸道感染，有咳嗽、發燒、喉嚨痛、頭痛及疲倦等徵狀，有些患者有肺外症狀像是皮膚紅疹，嚴重者則可能患上肺炎，屬於非典型肺炎的一種。
輕微黴漿菌性肺炎大多是自限性，不需藥物治療。但嚴重住院者，由於黴漿菌性肺炎不能用一般的肺炎藥來醫治，即使兒童感染了黴漿菌性肺炎，也只能用原來用於醫治成人肺炎的強效藥物來醫治，舉例來說，可以使用大環內酯類的抗生素像是阿奇黴素。
